As you read this, no matter how many times, while you read this, there are many families who have missing loved ones they desperately want to find. They want closure, they want resolve. If you have read about me, you know I have my own place in history to contribute to this cause. I desperately need the publics support to make an impact towards bringing these loved ones home to their families.

I intend to do whatever is possible on my very small part to help these families. I need your support and especially your prayers in order to make this happen. I cannot do anything on my own, but with your support and prayers, just maybe something can happen.

Maybe you are someone who has information about a missing person or especially a child. Maybe you are unsure of your information or are just suspicious about someone. I encourage you to share what you know with someone else, especially a nonprofit that assist in the location of missing persons, or law enforcement, even if it is anonymous.

I developed a model nonprofit called Citizens for Social Awareness and Response (CSAR). The techniques and ideas I put forward in my CSAR proposal can be used to keep your loved ones safe and also rapidly track and locate missing persons anywhere in the country if their community uses my proposal.

I am asking you to read about my CSAR proposal and put it together for me to help find these missing loved ones and to keep your family safe. We can start by calling and emailing as many Local, State and Federal Agencies, Governors, Senators and Representatives as possible and ask them to read my CSAR proposal and help me apply it to missing and exploited persons, so we can build a network that can operate at the speed of light in locating these loved ones and returning them to their families. Please ask your family and friends to do the same, even if you have to do for them.

Now, some of these loved ones may by chance be deceased. That means in our development of this part of CSAR will require a physical activity. That means keeping an eye out for human remains. Modern drones could help with these searches. There are nonprofits that you can find online to help with this component. There are also current satellite pictures of most any area in the United States. That means you can actually search your area using these satellite pictures.
